We are looking for an organised, client-focused IT Account Manager who enjoys building strong customer relationships while coordinating the successful delivery of technology services.

About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as technology. You should be organised, commercially aware, and capable of coordinating multiple activities across different client accounts.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an IT Account Manager, IT Project Coordinator, Service Delivery, Customer Success, IT Consultancy, or Technical Account Management role.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organisational and planning abilities.
* Experience coordinating technical teams and client deliverables.
* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into structured delivery activities.
* Experience preparing client documentation, proposals, reports, and Statements of Work.
* Good commercial awareness and relationship management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of IT and digital service client accounts.
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for IT consultancy, cyber security, cloud, software, web development, and digital transformation services.
* Understand client business objectives and translate requirements into clear internal actions and delivery plans.
* Coordinate internal technical, cyber security, cloud, software, design, and project delivery teams.
* Monitor project progress and ensure agreed deliverables are completed within expected timescales.
* Prepare client proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), service documentation, delivery reports, cost estimates, and account plans.
* Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and support new business opportunities.
* Manage client expectations and coordinate the resolution of service issues, risks, and escalations.
* Coordinate technical discussions by engaging appropriate subject matter experts where required.
* Maintain accurate client records, project trackers, meeting actions, delivery documentation, and service updates.
* Monitor client satisfaction, delivery performance, resource requirements, and commercial opportunities.
* Contribute to improving internal account management processes, reporting templates, and delivery standards.
* Ensure all client engagements comply with company governance, confidentiality requirements, and service quality standards.
